Greasy Gills offers mobile vehicle care, specializing in oil changes (“Lube”) and vehicle cleaning (“Detail”). Both are designed for convenience while maintaining quality.

How do I schedule a service?

Scheduling is handled online. Select the service, choose an available time from the booking calendar, and confirm the order. A confirmation email will follow, along with reminders before the appointment.

Do I need to prepare anything before the appointment?

No special preparation is needed. All oil, filters, and cleaning supplies are brought to the appointment. The only requirement is that the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible, and maintenance-friendly location where service can be performed.

What types of vehicles can be serviced?

Most passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks are supported. A VIN lookup system matches the correct oil, filter, and service details to each specific make and model.

Can more than one vehicle be added to an account?

Yes. Multiple vehicles can be stored under one account, each linked to its VIN so the correct details are applied for every service.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment qualify for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, and missed appointments are non-refundable.

What happens if a vehicle requires more oil than the service includes?

Each oil change covers a set number of quarts. If additional oil is needed, it is added to the order at a simple per-quart cost.

What does the “Detail” service include?

The Detail service covers vacuuming the interior, cleaning the console and dash, wiping down instruments, cleaning all windows inside and out, a hand-wash exterior, and tire shine.

Mobile service removes the need to sit in a waiting room. A vehicle can be serviced at home, at work, or wherever it’s parked, allowing the day to continue uninterrupted.
