Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

The Greasy Gills business model is centered around saving time. Time is a precious resource and not to be wasted. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in place to protect the efficiency and efficacy of Greasy Gills in providing quality Off-Site Mobile Vehicle Services in an organized manner to save everyone’s time.

Cancellation

  • A full refund is available for vehicle service appointments cancelled up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled service appointment.
  • A 75% refund is available for appointments cancelled between 48 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • A 25% refund is available if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, or if the service cannot be completed due to location restrictions, no-shows, or the vehicle being otherwise inaccessible at the scheduled time.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge.
  • Any additional reschedules beyond the first will incur a $36 rescheduling fee.
